Strategic Advisory Board

Felaris Global has appointed three senior operators to its Strategic Advisory Board.

Three individuals from three different industry and professional backgrounds, each with decades of experience, have joined to advise, guide and support the commercial growth of the firm and the delivery of our services across every region we operate in.

The board exists to keep our client work grounded in people who have carried the same accountability our engagements address. Each has run the kind of operation clients bring to us.

Keith Johnson is a commercial leader with nearly three decades of experience building and running sales organizations in the medical device sector. He spent close to 25 years at Coloplast as Senior Director and Vice President, leading US sales across Wound & Skin Care, Ostomy Care, and Continence Care through a period when the company grew from $1B to over $4B in global revenue, took US Hospital Skin Care share from under 2% to more than 30%, and secured contracts with IDNs including Kaiser and Cleveland Clinic.

Earlier roles included General Manager at Kinetic Concepts and Director of Therapeutic Products & Services at Baron Healthcare Services. He served on the Board of the Strategic Marketplace Initiative from 2013 to 2017 and is Founder of MedTech Sales, LLC.

At Felaris, Keith brings commercial discipline to client-facing growth, channel strategy, and IDN engagement as the firm scales across the US, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Felipe Noguera is a business executive whose career covers telecom and ICT policy, international trade, carrier services, cable and broadcast television and radio, education, and diplomatic mediation and dispute resolution. He is the founder of CANTO and the former CEO of CAIC. He has served as Telecommunications Consultant at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago since 2016, working on mergers and acquisitions and content development, and is CEO of Platinum Telecom Ltd.

Felipe produced and hosted the weekly television program "Making a Difference in Our Economic Space" through Global Harmony Multi-Media Productions Ltd., lectured in Communications at the University of the Southern Caribbean, and served as Senior Communications Coordinator for the Fifth Summit of the Americas and the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in the Office of the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago. A Harvard graduate, he holds an LLM in International Communications and Energy Law from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and was a Fulbright Scholar at Universidad Central de Venezuela. He speaks five languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Kiswahili, and Arabic.

At Felaris, Felipe strengthens the firm's reach and relationships across the English-speaking Caribbean as it expands in the region.

Bjarke Ormstrup is a technology and operations leader with more than three decades of experience building and modernizing business systems across the medical device, biotech, and manufacturing sectors on both sides of the Atlantic. He spent more than a decade at Coloplast, rising from IT Coordinator to Director of IT/CIO, where he sat on the executive management team, contributed to the global J.D. Edwards ERP steering group guiding systems for 6,000+ employees, and implemented Just-in-Time operations that cut supply chain lead times from a week to a few hours.

He went on to lead information technology as Vice President at PBD Worldwide and EndoChoice, driving cloud ERP rollouts, warehouse automation, and analytics through periods of rapid growth. In 2015 he founded Viking Resources, a NetSuite advisory practice built to sit on the customer's side of the table during ERP implementations, and most recently served as General Manager for Medical Device and Biotech at Business Solution Partners. He is Founder of BLK Ormstrup Work, an advisory board member at BasicOps, and a mentor with the North Atlanta Venture Mentoring Service.

At Felaris, Bjarke brings deep expertise in ERP strategy, IT modernization, and operational scaling to client-facing engagements as the firm scales across the US, Europe, and the Caribbean.
