It applies to the Felaris Global website and to the self-assessment tools we host, including the AI Readiness Scorecard and the Felaris assessment suite.

We handle personal information responsibly and in line with applicable data protection law, including the Data Protection Act, 2011 of Trinidad and Tobago and applicable privacy laws in the United States. By using the website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information in the following ways.

Information you give us. When you complete a contact or enquiry form, respond to one of our LinkedIn advertisements through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, email us, or request a consultation, we collect the details you provide. These typically include your name, work email address, company or organization name, job title, organization size, and the content of your message.

Information from our assessment tools. Our self-assessment tools, including the AI Readiness Scorecard, are designed to run within your web browser. Your answers are processed on your own device to produce your result. We do not receive your answers unless you actively choose to send them to us, for example by using an email-my-results option or by contacting us about them.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, IP address, pages viewed, and the dates and times of access. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 4.

Information from third parties. When you engage with our advertising on LinkedIn, LinkedIn may share the information you submit through its forms with us, in accordance with LinkedIn’s terms and your settings.

We use personal information to respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request; to deliver and improve our assessment tools and website; to communicate with you about our services where you have asked us to or where we are permitted to do so; to carry out our consulting engagements and meet our contractual commitments; to understand how the website is used so we can improve it; and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Felaris Global LLC operates from the United States and serves clients in the Caribbean and internationally. Your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet our contractual, legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.
