Why Felaris exists
Felaris Global is an independent executive consultancy founded in 2025. We provide fractional and interim CIO, CTO, CISO, and CAIO leadership to regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, and logistics organizations that need senior leadership without a permanent executive commitment.
Every principal engagement at Felaris is led by someone who has held the function before, in a real organization, under real operating pressure. Our principals have run global IT operations at medical device and pharmaceutical companies, led organizations through IPOs, Series C rounds, and cross-border M&A integrations across six countries, and built FDA and EU MDR compliance programs while manufacturing operations stayed running. They have presented technology strategy at board level and defended investment decisions to private equity ownership.
