Felaris Global is an independent executive consultancy founded in 2025. We provide Fractional CIO, CTO, and CISO leadership to regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, and logistics organizations that need senior technology and operations leadership without a full-time executive commitment.
The firm was built on a straightforward premise: the most expensive mistake a regulated company can make is hiring the wrong person to lead a technology transformation, compliance program, or post-acquisition integration. The second most expensive mistake is hiring a consulting firm that has never held the role. Felaris exists to solve both problems at once.
