Felaris AI Academy

The Felaris AI Academy is the firm's capability-building arm under Felaris AI. The Academy exists because the AI training the market currently offers is either vendor product training or classroom theory. Neither produces the operating discipline a regulated mid-market company needs to run AI as a production system.

The Academy operates on the same principle as the rest of the firm: capability is built through doing the work, alongside an operator who has done it before.

The Academy is operator-delivered cohort and in-engagement learning. Every session is led by a Felaris principal or a senior operator from the firm's bench. Material is grounded in real engagements, real regulatory exposure, and real failure modes. Sessions produce documented outputs the client team can take back into the organisation and use.

The Academy is not a certificate programme. It is not vendor training. It is not a webinar series. It does not exist to fill an attendance sheet.

AI Literacy for Executives. Two-day intensive for CEOs, board members, and executive teams. What AI is, what it is not, what it costs, what it produces, where it fails, and what the board's role in AI governance looks like in a regulated mid-market company.

AI Governance for Regulated Boards. Three-day programme for boards and audit and risk committees in FDA-regulated, EU MDR-regulated, SOX-audited, or EU AI Act in-scope organizations. The governance framework, the regulatory map, the documentation discipline, the audit-readiness requirement, and the operating cadence a board needs to oversee AI as a production system.

AI Foundations for Operating Teams. Five-day programme for technology, data, quality, compliance, and operating leaders responsible for AI delivery. Data lineage, model documentation, validation discipline, change control, monitoring, and the operating rhythm that keeps AI in production. Includes a working session on the client's actual AI use cases.

Regulated industry track (United States and Europe). Specialist content using full regulatory and technical vocabulary. FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU AI Act, EU MDR, ISO 13485, SOX ITGC, GAMP 5, NIST AI RMF.

CARICOM and Caribbean public-sector track. Plain English. Built for senior public-sector leaders and regulated private-sector executives across the English-speaking Caribbean. Specialist acronyms are explained on first use. Connected to the MPAAI agenda, UNESCO AI Readiness, CBTT cybersecurity guidance, and TATT telecommunications oversight.
