Felaris in the Caribbean

Felaris Global opens its Caribbean operating base in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, in May 2026. The Caribbean practice serves clients across CARICOM and brings senior, operator-led technology, security, and AI leadership to a region where this kind of leadership has not been available on a part-time or fixed-term basis before.

The work is led by principals who have held these roles inside real companies, including operations across the Caribbean, the United States, and Europe.

Interim CIO, CTO, CISO, and CAIO leadership. A senior executive who has held the role steps into your organisation for three to twelve months. They run the function. They report to the CEO or the board. They transfer the capability to your internal team before they leave. No comparable offering exists in the region today.

AI business foundation services. The data, process, and governance work an organisation needs to do before AI can be used safely and well. Felaris does this work in plain language and in the way the institution actually operates, not in the way a vendor brochure describes.

AI readiness assessments. A structured review across five areas: data, process, technology, people, and governance. The output is a written assessment that tells you exactly what to do, in what order, and what it will cost.

ERP assessment and recovery. Many organisations in the region have an ERP that does not work the way it was supposed to. Felaris assesses what went wrong and leads the work to fix it.

Cybersecurity and IT operations. Senior security and operations leadership for organisations that need to meet rising regulatory expectations and protect their customers, their data, and their reputation.

The Caribbean practice is built to work alongside the institutions shaping the region's digital and AI future. The work connects directly to the MPAAI agenda, the EU digital transformation grant programme, UNESCO AI Readiness work in the Caribbean, the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago's cybersecurity guidance, and the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago's oversight of the telecommunications sector.
