Klaus Feldam, CEO & Founder
Klaus Feldam has dedicated thirty years to global IT operations management in medical devices, pharma, and regulated manufacturing. His experience encompasses executive roles at Artivion, Boston Scientific, EndoChoice, and Coloplast, where he led teams across the US, UK, Germany, Scandinavia, the Caribbean, APAC, and Latin America.
Throughout his career, he has successfully integrated acquisitions across the US and various European countries, rescued failed ERP implementations, and built FDA/MDR/ISO compliance programs. Klaus has also managed manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and regulatory systems at scale, and cybersecurity leadership sits inside that work rather than beside it.
At Felaris Global, Klaus serves as an interim and fractional CIO, CTO, CISO, and CAIO for companies requiring executive leadership during growth, M&A integration, or operational recovery. He focuses on ERP strategy and execution, compliance program development, vendor governance, and operational structure enhancement, ensuring that businesses are aligned with today's cybersecurity standards.
Klaus represented the private sector at the inaugural United Nations Global Dialogue on AI Governance in Geneva in July 2026. In the Caribbean he works with the University of the West Indies, iGovTT, and the Ministry of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence, and Felaris publishes the CARICOM AI and Data Governance Readiness Index. He has been coming to Trinidad and Tobago for more than thirty-five years.
