Hiking along alpine ridges, mountain biking through forest trails, or simply walking between sessions. Shared activity opens space for genuine conversation and connection.

Locations Anchored to the Seasons
Winter | Wengen
Intensive work in structured sessions in brilliant winter conditions. Skiing or snowshoeing available when the group needs movement.
Spring | Mürren
Car-free village perched high above the valley. Quiet streets, mountain air, no distractions. Built for high-performance teams doing strategic work that requires deep focus and results.
Summer | Grindelwald
High energy, full days. Intensive strategic sessions with the Eiger as backdrop.
Autumn | Lauterbrunnen Valley
Valley floor with direct access to trails and waterfalls. Great season for teams making bold decisions or setting the vision for the new year.
Activities include hiking trails such as Oeschinensee Loop, Eiger Glacier Trail, Mürren Northface Trail, Schynige Platte, Mendelssohn Trail, and Panoramaweg, plus mountain biking, skiing, and more. One or two activities per retreat, selected for conditions and what the group needs.
